#55. Make a plan for what to do with the front yard.
Piece of cake, how hard can it be, buy some plants and throw down some grass seed?
Oh, how naive I was!
I now understand why people hire landscapers and gardners to do this stuff. I have spent countless hours and just about that many trips to Lowes & Furney's Nursery. Here is a mid-project picture (it actually looks better now then it did prior to starting)
This is my first goal to go green, it feels good to have something marked completed!
About Me

- TLCroom
- I am a passionate person. I am passionate about my faith, family and friends in that order. I am outspoken and have been known to insert my foot, calf, and on occasion my kneecap into my mouth. I am hoping that this blog will give me a safe place to do so :)
ok,you've convinced me. If you will show me how to set a blog like this up, I'm in on the 101 in 1001. I am really enjoying reading all your updates. I can't believe that a deck book just showed up at your house. PS your house doesn't look like poop without it. (this is Rose by the way, not William :) )
ReplyDeleteWhooo Hoooo!
ReplyDeleteI am so excited, and not just because it makes #100 half way done :)
I am really enjoying the project. I am doing things that I have wanted/needed to do, but not been motivated or made time to complete.
Here is the link for the Day Zero Project (home of 101 in 1001 days) I looked through the list and at some other peoples blogs for some of the ideas but most of the items are things that I/we have wanted to do.

Brenda, a friend in Oregon, is the one who motivated me to start this. She is a fantastic writer and her blog is not only humorous but also very inspirational http://mamabee101.blogspot.com/
I would love to show you how to set up a blog (it is pretty easy once you get the hang of it)
